A: If you live in Wetherby or its surrounding villages (close to our retail store) we’re able to offer delivery FREE of charge. Otherwise our standard delivery charge is £7.50 + VAT for all other areas. The price of postage is calculated at checkout.
A: Paint shades can look very different on your computer or mobile phone screen to how they look on a surface. We recommend you order a colour card before purchasing any of our paints. We can post one to you for free. You can also buy a tester pot for any of the paints available on our website – this is the most accurate way to ensure you choose a colour and finish you like.
A: If you need to return damaged or faulty goods, please [get in touch] to let us know within 30 days of placing your order. Please ship your item in the same packaging as it was delivered to: The Decorating Centre, Ainsty Road, Wetherby, LS22 7QN. Please note that we’re unable to cover the cost of delivery back to us.
We will check your product to ensure it meets the criteria for a refund. The refund process can take up to seven days upon receipt of the return. Refunds are made to the same payment method you used when purchasing from us.
A: You may cancel your order up to the point of despatch, and in the case of mixed paint, up to the point of being mixed. This usually happens on the same day as despatch. Please get in touch asap if you want to cancel.
A: We offer next day delivery if you order before 1 pm. Please note, however, that if you place an order at the weekend, it won't be processed until the Monday following, so the earliest delivery would be the Tuesday.
A: We can issue refunds on any damaged goods. Please check your order upon delivery to make sure it’s not damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we can’t accept opened tins back into store.
All colours are tinted to order and therefore are bespoke products which are non-returnable. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure you are 100% happy with the shade you’ve chosen. We always recommend that you request a free colour card or purchase a tester pot to be on the safe side.
A: In the unlikely event of part of your order being missing, please notify us within seven days and we will ship any remaining products to you asap. If you fail to inform us within seven days, we’ll be unable to ship additional products to you, unless you place another order.
A: We’re open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm.
