Returns & Refunds

If any product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

Paints: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any paints that have been specially tinted for you. Please note that most of these paints are mixed specially to order and there can be slight variations between tins. For covering large areas requiring more than one tin it is recommend that you have all tins tinted together to ensure there is no variation. All tinted paints are quality checked and passed before being dispatched ensuring the colour is to an acceptable match to the colour ordered.

Wallpapers: We do not accept returns on wallpaper unless there is a fault with your product(s). We cannot accept returns if you decide to change your mind once your product has been ordered. If your wallpaper is defective in any way or has a fault a replacement or full refund will be given as long as you notify us within five working days and the product is still with its original packaging and the sales receipt is present. Please note you should always check for wallpaper faults before and during hanging as we cannot be held responsible for decoration costs..
